After you have created a new action/project, you can make a lot of pictures.
in the second window, you can create catagories to bring a structure to your action.
in the thirt window, you can change some parameters.
the important one is the handy user .
this short maximum od 3 digits is part of the name of the JPG file.The Filename is creates AA-BBB-CCCCC-D.JPG (AA is catagory, BBB is from HandyCode, CCC is the projectname and D is the number).
for each picture, you can save a description.After finishing the project, you can mark each picture and then you can sent via E-Mail.
You will get all pictures and as well the description for each picture in the e-mail.All pictures are in a separate folder for each project.
SO you can organise your handy-pictures very easy.
